Advertising your business is the major factor to get a customers. There are many types of advertising mechanism you can use:
1.E-business
The best advertising method is media. Everything has gone digital. Start by advertising your biz Online. Here it is easy to get many visitors who want the product or service you offer. They just create a business page and start the business going on. Put your adverts on many social media platforms as possible. E.g Facebook,LinkedIn,Hi5, twitter, blogs and many more. Create a fun base. Reply to your customers comments and try to share ideas.
2.Posters.
Commonly used method. Place posters in many places you can but in public places. The posters must be appealing,this will catch a person attention. The poster must be big enough to be read fast without difficulties. Don't use vocabularies or hard words. Posters must be good for the public viewing. Briefly describe the operation of your business so as to get the right group that you are targeting. Don't forget to include your contacts.
3.Friend of clients.

Maintain the customers.
Maintaining customers in your biz is one of a biz short time mission. Sometimes it is not an easy thing to achieve. Here it is ,don't you worry;
#Welcome.....
A customer needs to be welcomed in a special way. When he/she reaches your site of work,you MUST treat him/her accordingly. Give a warm welcome with a smile on your face. This is perfectly done better when you shake hands. Some expression can be used,e.g feel free in our business, welcome to the best firm,this is where your status belong and many more examples.
If he/she has to wait because another customer is being served,offer him/her a sit. Many customers walk out in some business firms since they stand for long waiting to be served. While you have offered a sit,give a newsletter of your firm or a drink. I suggest a business journal. This will make a perspective customer have patience to be served.
#Serve......
Don't wait for a client to ask. Instead supply him/her with the full information he/she may want. It's very bad for a client to ask many question. Be aggressive to disclose all the relevant information.
#Code of conduct.....
A business must conduct business according to the accepted code of conduct.
This is the accepted rules in a business e.g neatness. This also gets attention of customers.
#Open.....
Tell a person what he/she may achieve by doing business with you. Talk facts only. Facts are short statement straight to the main point,but opinions are long boring stories that are unnecessary. Talk of what your business entails and don't exaggerate the information. To convince is not the same as to exaggerate!!!!!
#Transparency......
Customers want to know how their money is spent and by how much. Show all your transaction in paper work or by receipt method. All the calculations must be shown clearly. This will eliminate doubt in your client mind.
Time........
Don't be in a hurry. Take your time with one person at a time. This will make you have your customer side of story and will help a business to improve on some areas.
#Discrimination.....
Do not judge any of your customers. You never know he/she is the one you Weill be relaying for big sales in your business. Treat each and every consumer with the require respect despite of gender on colour. Give the same prior to either a big or an old customer.
Assist the disabled and remember that fast come fast served!!!!
#Advice....
Create some business awareness to your customers. Teach them slightly about some goods they want to buy and how to use them. It will be a shame on a business that starts to sell a new product but don't tell their customers how to go about it. Here you may also outline the precaution he/she must take.
#Discount........
It is tricky. No customer dislikes the idea. As for a firm you have to think of this at once but twice!!! It is not easy to give discount for small transactions, but if it is big then why not. Buy three get one free!!! This is just but a way of sales promotion. Don't be so extravagant to issue discounts.
#Payment
Offer diversify mode of payment. Many customers have their mode favourite modes of payment. Don't rely on cash transactions only. Do even e-payment and also use of credit cards and the famous pay bill number.
#After sale services....
Employ this also in your business dealings. People tend to think that it is only transporting or delivering for a customer. No,it is more than that. Do packing,wrapping and also carrying the goods outside the mall for them.
#Thankful.....
Never forget this in your business.
